Where defects actually come from

Transit, consolidation and timing
We can consolidate mixed orders of nic salt e-liquids into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.

Around 15 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
