Lead times, freight and landed cost
There is no shortage of suppliers quoting nic salt. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping nic salt e-liquids long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.

Quality control, in plain terms

We publish a realistic band of 1.43 to 4.86 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
