Nic Salt inspection red flags
This page is for smoke shop owners who want a working answer on specification, price and lead time before they commit a purchase order. We have written the detail down so nobody has to sit through a sales call to extract it.

How the price is actually built
If you are comparing three quotes for nic salt, compare the paperwork first. Test reports, artwork files, batch coding and the replacement clause tell you more about a supplier than the unit price on page one.
We publish a realistic band of 1.45 to 4.86 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
How we structure a first order
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the nic salt list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.
A practical starting order for smoke shop owners is 100 units across two or three SKUs, not 100 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
How orders move from factory to shelf
We can consolidate mixed orders of nic salt e-liquids into one shipment. Consolidation saves freight but adds handling days, so we quote both a consolidated and a split option and let you choose.
Documentation travels with the goods: commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate set for your market. We send a scanned copy before dispatch so your broker can clear the file in advance.
- Reference sample retained from every batch
- Private label files archived for future rebrands
- Document pack prepared per destination market
- Standing reorder schedule with a fixed cut-off
- Consolidated or split shipping, quoted both ways
- Specification locked in writing before production starts
The reorder is the real test
For private label accounts we hold the artwork files and the approval record. Rebranding a line eighteen months later is then a file update instead of a redesign.
We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.

Frequently asked
How do you handle repeat orders?
The specification is held on file against your account, so a reorder is a reference rather than a new brief. We recommend a standing schedule with a fixed weekly cut-off so stock lands before the shelf empties.
What happens if part of the order is defective?
Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
