Getting the documents right
Ordering nic salt is not difficult. Ordering nic salt that sell through without a return queue behind them is the part most buyers underestimate, and it is where we spend our time. We publish a realistic band of 1.41 to 4.47 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
What a sensible opening order looks like
The first question we ask is not what you want to spend. It is what your customer already buys. Answer that and the nic salt list writes itself; skip it and you end up with a pallet of stock that photographs well and sells badly.

Quality control, in plain terms

How long does production take?
Around 20 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 500 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
What documents come with a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, and the certificate pack for your market: test reports, declaration of conformity and safety data sheets. We send scans before dispatch so your broker can pre-clear the file.
